For a soothing massage during your menstrual cycle dilute 2 drops of sage essential oil with 10ml of another carrier oil (such as coconut oil) and gently massage the abdomen and lower back.
For dry and cracked skin combine 2 drops of sage essential oil with 10ml of almond oil, 1 drop of rose tangerine and apply on skin avoiding the eye area.
Safety: Do not apply undiluted Sage essential oil directly to the skin. It is not recommended to use Sage essential oil for pregnant women and children under 6 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. We strongly recommend that a patch test of this product be done on the skin before use.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse the eyes with cold water and seek medical help.
